I've got a 82 camaro and where the steering box bolts to the frame the frame has cracked and I need to find a weld on support plate. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i think the only place you can add support is on the under side, there isn't enought room behind the stearing box to plate it. i just weld the cracks up and weld it where all the frame edges meet. i ithnk a wonder bar, or brace of some sort from side to side would help alot too.
