this is a long shot but...
i have an 88 cuttlass and hopefully all the braking systems are the same. Im hoping somone knows something about bushings in the brakes. I was told that it would cost about 500 dollars to fix. Does anyone know anything about it or how to do it. It would be greatly appreciated thanks

The best thing to do is go down to your local parts store and find a Haynes Repair Manual for your car. I am not really familiar with front wheel drives. This book will tell you all you need to know. If it's something that they know the average "Joe" can't do, then the book will tell you to take it to "JIMS REPAIR SHOP!!!"
I live in the book I have for my 92 RS. I have changed and repaired lots o' stuff that I had no idea on how to even start. They write the books so that even dumbasses like me can understand them. The books are about $12-15. Don't think that you will learn more with Chilton. They write those for people that know what they are doing.
