You would also need the master cylinder and proportioning valve. Other than that it should be a direct swap. There may be a difference in the flex brake line but I am not sure.

You'd also need the e-brake cables. You could get new brake hardware for the calipers, too... maybe even new caliper mounting bolts.

Bendix H5611 is the hardeware kit, covers both calipers, comes with the bushings & slides for the mounting bolts. Bendex #H5014 is a caliper mounting bolt, they come 1/box, so you'd need to order 4.

I got all my stuff (brake hoses, caliper hardware & bolts, caliper rebuild kit, e-brake cables, rear wheel (aka "axleshaft") bearings & seals, etc) from http://www.carparts.com - I used a "$50 off $100 order" coupon.

The axle swap itself is cake. Rebuilding the calipers is semi-difficult. Bleeding the master cylinder and getting a firm brake pedal is a major pain. I'd suggest buying the master cylinder locally... that way in case you get a bad one (like I did, sucker had a torn seal inside), you can return it without going through a hassle.

The Haynes 82-92 manual covers all the specifics for ya!
