How hard is it to swap over WS6?

Hey guys,

My question is how hard is it to swap WS6 suspension pacakge from my 88 parts TA to my project 86 TA? What was involved in the pacakage except beefier swaybars? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what's included as far as springs and what not. What I do know is that it's really freakin hard to do. First the Strut bolts will be so rusted and put on with 200 ft-lbs that they won't want to come off. Everything is rusted and won't work right. The springs have to be compressed to come out and go in, which requires a spring compressor. Some of the bushings have to be pressed in unless you're not replacing them(I recomend replacing them while everything is apart). Other than that everything just bolts up.

So what do you think is easier. I ahve two cars. One has a good engine but no WS6, the other has a siezed engine, WS6, and is in overall better shape (very little rust). Would I be better off swapping everything from the non running car or would it be easier to swap the engines?

I'd do up the 88. Its a newer car, probably has more options and also insurance companies will value it as more.
