pst bushings???install easy?

I have seen the adds in nearly every magazine for the front end kit from pst. I guess to get a better ride I should go ahead and get these, but how are they to install? Is the front end kit what I want for a smoother ride?

You can take them to a shop to do the bushings and ball joints. the rest is pretty simple.
