Problems with rear disc conversion (brake lines)
Ok, I have a 99Z28 rear end with disc brakes on it. We were gonna swap the two today, but we jacked it up and my current setup is one line that connects to a box which splits it into two lines that run to the brakes. The new rear has two separate lines for the brakes.
How would I go about adapting these two? Can I mount the little box on the new rear and run new lines to the brakes, or is there a way to get the old and new to work together?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use your 91 lines on the newer rear. They should just swap over, except you may have to extend them 2" or whatever it is on each side. You can do that with unions and a flaring tool.

I did a rear end swap one time and the ends of the brake lines were different. The fittings were flared on my original lines and the rear end that I got has reverse flared fittings. I went to a radiator shop and they cut the ends off the old lines and reverse flared the lines.
As for the lines splitting...I think that maybe you can use the old splitter box if you can mount it somehow.
