What torque arm to run w/ Lakewood Liftbars?
I'm currently running the Lakewood Traction Action Lift bars & wanted to upgrade my torque arm. Which ones best?....Spohn, BMR, Random Technology's.....? Also, on another post I saw someone mention that this combination would cause suspension binding (liftbars working against the torque arm), is this true?..would I be better off running just control arms & a torque arm? I just got my rear done & want my car to hook! Thanks for the info!

Those traction action lifts bars are bad if you drive your car on the street. I've actaully hear people say that it lifts the tires off the ground in cornering. I've also heard major quality control complaints like they break easy. do a search for them in this forum. this topic has been discussed before.
With a good adjustable torque arm and good control arms you should have no problesm launching. If your car is lowered might want to have control arm lowering brackets welded on too.

If you use the traction bars, you do not use a torqu arm.
They basically perform the same job.
I have all of the spohn's suspension stuff and I am running 1.90's 60' and 13.3 @ 100 mph
