Brake problem (92 Formula)

I seem to be having a problem.
I just finished installing new rotors and pads on the front, and pads on the back (the rotors were turned as well...).

Heres the problem:
When I press the brakes after turning, or during a turn, it seems as though something catches the brake pedal/pads and the car pulls to one side (it sometimes changes sides) but then it seems to let go and stop normally once I push the pedal past that point.
You guys ever had that happen? I dont want to be killed by bad brakes!
Thanks,
Daniel

Wierd... Check the condition of the brake hoses. If they are really old maybe they kink when the wheel is turned and it takes some extra pressure for that hose to unkink?
