I think I've seen someone with a Hotchkis tower brace on a super ram setup, but I was wondering if the Edelbrock 3-point brace would work also?

Blk 89 IROC-Z, mods: 355 Super ram,forged pistons, ported and polished vette heads, LT-4 hot cam, Coan 700R4 trans and 2500 stall conv., Edelbrock tes headers and intake,Performance Resource custom chip, Flowmaster catback,no cat, and all that free stuff. Best 1/4 time on stock engine was 14.6 at 94 with catback, trans, tq conv., and free mods.

 

TTT, is it really a difficult question, does the Edelbrock STB fit?

 

The Edelbrock 3 point will work, but it must be spaced slightly to fit over the SR. At least that's how mine is. Not a big deal.

I have the Edelbrock on my car it fits.I did have to file the bolt heads that hold the cowl braces to the tower brace down slightly they were hitting the under side of the hood. This gives me about a 3/8 of an inch clearance from the brace to the plenum.
