Working on car easy after SFCs???
Will be buying a set of Spohn SFCs for Christmas (dual cat version). And was wondering if it would get in the way of working on the car afterwards. Specifically, exhaust system (already done..buy will be adding SLP headers with dual cats), Spohn Torque arm and T-56 crossmember, T-56 trans, engine swap, and thats all that comes to mind. Im mostly worried about the tranny and crossmember swap...dont the SFCs weld up to the crossmember, or atleast somewhere near there? I will be getting them welded at a muffler shop, so taking them off later and getting them rewelded is not something I would like to do...but if thats the only way then so be it. Thanks in advance.
They have no effect on any of that. They weld to the outside of the front subframe area in front of the transmission crossmember. They do not effect transmission removal or anything like that.
If anything, it makes working on the car easier, you can stick your jack right under them!
