Only way to know for sure is to measure it. Different packages had different bars, and of course GM is famous for throwing on what they had on hand at that minute. I've seen stock RS's with 32mm up front as well as 34mm, some Z28's got 34mm and some 36mm, and I wouldn't be surprised to see one with a 32mm out there.
Just clean off the sway bar with a Scotchbrite right where the bushing is so there's no dirt/grease but bar metal (without actually sanding), and use a caliper to measure.
