So i have replaced everything but the lower control arms and stock sway bars. But the sway bars have new bushings. But when going down the road and you turn the wheel, no matter left or right, it feels like the rear wheels steer the car. Just a very loose feeling. Any idea's what it could be?

What constitutes "everything"?
Panhard bar upper and lower, shocks, struts, A arms. Basically "everything" but the lower control arms. Car also has a wonder bar.
the red flag that im seeing is that you replaced the upper panhard bar. What did you rep[lace it with?
if the rear is loose, you should check and see if the panhard is loose, or damaged already. Check the actual body mount on the passengerside and see if its cracked

Still not clear what you're describing. Are you saying the body can move side to side in relation to the wheels if you push it? Are you positive it's just not handling very differently to the way you're used to it handling? Is everything tight? etc.
I replaced the upper pan hard bar with one that has a bend in it so the exhaust will clear it. It's tight.
The rear end is not loose and the wheels do not move or have any kind of play in them if you push or pull on them. Everything is tight. I just don't know what else it could be. Or if anyone else had ever had this problem.
The car just feels like it's oversteering like crazy. I've never driven a car that is this bad.

I would ONLY use that upper panhard bar if you absolutely have to have it! If you have to use it, make sure that you make proper adjustments to the attachment point on the axle (attach point needs to be lowered). otherwise, the panhard bar will be at such an angle that the car never will handle right. Also, go make sure the bolt mounting the phb to the axle and phb to chassis mount are tight.
I had a similar problem one time after I had had my phb out...thought all was tight when I put it back together but, it wasn't. The rear end of the car "wiggled" very easily. Tightened it up and no more wiggling.
