Subframe Connectors

I’m looking in to getting some subframe connectors for my 83 camaro. just wondering if any one has some good pictures of the location and positions in which they sit. I’m a little confused on how they sit and if there is any cutting for clearance. any and all help would be awesome. Thanks

Re: Subframe Connectors

I suggest using the Search feature here on TGO, because there are tons of SFC pics all over. I know because I've posted several as well as snagged several for my own personal use as reference.

Really? Only took me ONE search. There is even a Sticky at the top, with pics in it + links to pics.

How about this one, about 10 or 12 posts below yours?

I realize the title doesn't offer much of a clue about what's inside, but just the same...

Re: Subframe Connectors

I have researched quite a bit on this site about sfc's. You will get alot of different opinions on them. I ended up going with the MAC performance sfc's. Fairly priced ($160 w/ shipping included) and they were sent out the next day. Their website is outdated and doesnt offer alot of information but if you call them, they answer right away and answer any question you have.

I like my Alstons but they do hang a little low on the passenger side.

Re: Subframe Connectors

I have the Alstons on my 90 IROC and I like them. I am going to add the Spohn SFC'c to the out side to make it better yet.
