rear spring helpers?
I was thinking about adding a set to my Camaro. Wondering if anyone has done this & how it worked out? I wanted to stiffen up my coils to prevent my fender from hitting my tires.

Re: rear spring helpers?
If your fenders are hitting at slow speeds, your springs and/or shocks are worn & need replacing. If they are hitting at higher speeds? They can still be worn & start by slowing down. Or you could have wrong tires on like too tall (truck tires).
Don't put band-aides on by getting those little helpers, just do it right the first time. Those things don't stiffen springs, they just change the height.

Altogether bad idea.
AT LEAST half as much money as DOING IT RIGHT (replacing the springs), and TWICE as much work.

I know the rims back spacing are off. They rubbed when I flew over some RR tracks. They are shitty tracks & I knew that just wasn't thinking. I've seen some guys at the track that had big tires on and don't have problems. They must have super stiff springs or shocks.

I'd use wheel spacers before I used those things. Actually I'd just get different wheels before anything, but not the cheapest way.
Could consider a 1998+ 4th gen rear end. Not the cheapest but will upgrade both your brakes & center section. Depends on the wheel fit though.
