Have you removed your tires and inspected for any obvious damage or worn out components?

your shocks are probably shot, tires could be out of balance, low air pressure in tires.
start simple, when inspecting for issues. with what you described, look at your shocks for leaks and dents, and general condition. jack one front tire up, check for play in the wheel, pull push on the top / bottom then front back, this will tell you the condition of your wheel bearings, and your tie rod ends.
good luck!

Check the panhard bar... Bushings may be worn or the bar itself may be cracked. If they're rubbing up front check control arms and or bushings, and struts.

it wouldnt hurt to have the wheels re-balanced and road force tested either. Hunter machines can road force test.

What's easiest way to check shock cause tires have less than 10000 miles on them and I have no clue how old front struts are I know there blue

My front clearance inbetween tire and fenderwell is about 1 thinking maybe the strut or spring is bad how do I check these

also my strut towers are cracked and flexing bad so im going to replace them tomorrow would this cause it to sink lower struts look brand new if this doesnt help then im going to go and have it realigned and have the springs replaced

to check shocks or struts, look for leaking, and dents, as that indicates that they have a very highly likely that they are bad.
next, disconnect one end of the shock, it should extend on its own, and have good resistance when you pull to extend, & push to collapse the shocks, if they go easy they are bad.
or drive your car and have some one video each wheel, if a wheel is bouncing the shock is bad.
next time you are on the road look at a newer cars wheel, you will see that it takes a bump and does not continue to bounce.
then watch for and older car that looks like it has not been cared for, look at its wheels more that likely its wheels bounce continuously meaning bad shocks.
there is also the push test, push down on one corner of the car if the car bounces the shocks are bad.

Also check your idler arm and the rest of your steering linkage for being loose.

defiantly sounds like you need struts, and if your struts are bad you'll need rear shocks.

How exactly are you going to have the strut towers replaced? Did you find replacements from a junk yard?

I assume you mean "strut mounts" since strut towers certainly wouldn't be available at an auto parts store.

Same here. Mine rides like a dream up until about 85mph, then starts to feel "unstable". New struts and mounts, shocks, and tie rod ends, and an alignment. It still does it. My left front wheel pops when I make a hard left turn too, but I haven't figured out where the noise comes from.

Easy way to check struts or shocks while on the car, do a bounce test, bounce the front or rear end with your hands and when u push down and let off-if it bounces up and down twice=bad.

What about steering shaft/box? Or the frame rail behind them for cracks (do you have wonderbar?)

I would check alignment settings, but also if car is lowered alot wouldn't pinion angle be messed up requiring an adjustable torque arm to correct the angle?..

Also, poly tranny mount can cause driveline vibrations at speed..

My car rubs on alot of things at full lock (sway bars, headers, inner fender liner, etc.) I just gave up turning it all the way I know my limits and I lose about 1/4 of a turn on both sides which means a half turn total which yes is annoying when doing a U-turn but that's about it.. It's a camaro... lol
