air lift spring helpers with cut springs

hey guys, so i was thinking of cutting a couple coils to kill the gap on my bird, but was wondering, if anyone has airsprings/ spring helpers on their car ? the reason i ask is cuz i wanted to know how tall they were at their lowest setting. i had something like this on a truck i had lowered and it ended up raising it to stock height pretty much at its lowest point.

basically want it just in case i wanna raise the @ss if necessary.. lmk thanks

Air shocks aren't recommended or a good idea on 3rd gens. The mounts are not designed to take the stress. In stock form the upper mount can/will tear from normal use.

Air bags on the other hand could work. A small diameter bag inside the springs could lift the rear back to stock height. Ride quality would suffer though.

I've had Air Bags in the rear for over 15 years to help with sag caused by all the car audio equipment (box, subs, etc). Ride quality is just fine.

Air bags should not be use to raise the rear but ensure the rear does not go any further down.
