shaking problems

Car: 1987 trans am GTA ws6 package
Engine: tuned port injection 305 5.0
Transmission: t5 5speed manual
Axle/Gears: 3.08 i think
shaking problems
ok i am having a problem with my car its only happen twice to me, so i know my rotors and brakes are good, when i go fast and in 4th gear then slow down my front end shakes and the tires feel like there bouncing and i feel like my exhaust moving underme, idk what it could be i was thinking it can be the engine mounts? i also have a umi transmission k member so i know my mount is good? any suggestions? any thing will help thanks , my cars a 87 ws6 GTA trans am 5.0, 5speed

My '88 Firebird did this a few times. I thought it was the rotors. Had my periodic balance and rotation at Discount Tire and it went away.

i had that done last week and it did it again a while ago, ;/ can it be my bushings? cuz all my bushings are worn and cracked
