Problem after replacing tie rods and center link.

I just got done replacing my tie rods and center link. At close to full turn in either direction it feels bumpy. Will a professional alignment resolve this or is it something else?

It needs an alignment since you replaced those parts. Get one and see if it goes away.

Don't use the factory alignment specs, they suck. There are better ones in the stickies
