Stock height front

I just put in used front springs in my Camaro from a Firebird. Trouble is that the front now looks too high. What is the stock height, and where to measure from? The old ones had broken a couple of inches from the ends.
I am worried that they are not seating properly.

I wouldn't recommend used springs when replacements are so cheap. That said, did you index the spring ends between the drain holes in the a-arm?

I put the spring ends over both drain holes. Is that wrong?

Yes. One hole should be showing.

I would have bought new ones but the cost of shipping to France is shocking. And they add customs tax on top of the total.

I taught in Annecy, France, for a while. I drove a VW that I purchased in Luxembourg, so parts weren't an issue. I still hate that car, lol.

I noticed that the Moog 5610 spring is for the Camaro but 5608 is listed for the Firebird.
Is this the reason why my car seems higher now at the front?
What is the difference? And can it be fixed by cutting some spring.
btw, I never liked the VW after being sick in the back in '58
