Rod Ended LCA's

Hey guys, so I just did a rear end install and put Founder LCA's on it. They're the adjustable with rod ends on the rear side and poly on the chassis side. Driving down the road I hear a lot of noise, especially under part throttle. Full throttle is generally fine. It feels like there is some kind of bind somewhere in the drive train.

So my question is, do you think the noise is from the LCA's (I know double rod ends are loud, but are the single rod ends also that loud)? Or do you think the noise may be because the pinion angle or something else is off, causing a bind with the yoke/u joint?

Question 2: I just installed Koni yellows, and the nose dives onto the left front when I turn right, but it doesn't dive right when I turn left. Does this mean LF spring is shot?

Not the LCAs. I have double rods ends & don't consider them loud at any speed over 5mph. Not loud even over railroad tracks on the highway or city speeds. Is the adjuster tightened down firmly or still possibly loose?

The adjusters are snug, probably could be tighter. But it shouldn't be able to work itself loose I wouldn't think because the body mount wouldn't allow it to spin.

I'm wondering if the brakes might be hanging up. Or maybe the wheels need to be tighter.

Could be a bad rod end, even though it is brand new. One of my 4 ends started knocking slightly shortly after the install. Give it a twist by hand & it felt no different but while driving you could hear it.

First of all, good quality rod ends make no noise. Obnoxious noises are to be expected from ~$10 rod ends. I would suspect your rod ends.

Wait a sec, are you saying you also did a rear end swap? If so, I would put your stock LCAs back in there and see if the noise goes away. Process of elimination.

Yeah that was going to be my next idea.

That being said, I'm an idiot. Went to take a look and 3 of the 5 lugs for the LR (coincidentally the side making noise) came off by hand. It was late when I finished up, what can I say....lol
