Adjustable sway bars are going to have to be custom fitted to your car:

The one's above are in cockpit adjustable! Talk about sweat.
I would stick with your stock sway bars if your just wanting to go aftermarket. Unless they are severely rusted your stock ones will not wear out. 36/19 is a pretty good balance for most v8's. What are your spring rates? and what is your car doing in the corners that warrants new sway bars? Just curious. You may just need better spring rates. (I've never heard of Jamex's)

Strano makes an adjustable rear sway bar that fits both 3rd and 4th gens. - it is hollow, which saves about 5lbs vs. a solid bar of the same thickness (19mm).
From what I gather, GM made 4 different front and rear sway bars - F: 30, 32 ,34, and 36; R: 18, 21, 23, 24. This gives you 16 combinations - the only catch is that you need to replace bars (and similar sized bushings) to get that flexibility. Most adjustable bars give 3 settings, allowing up to 9 bar stiffness combinations, but no bar removal necessary.

If your fronts a 34 go to a 36/23 or 24 combo !
Or with the front 34, at least gets 21 rear ... but the 36/24 =

What Bumpa said...
Sway bars should be more or less "matched", in terms of effect on the car's behavior. Most cars that came with the 34 (solid) or 36 (hollow, about the same stiffness as the 34 solid) came with 24mm rear.
Start there and tune as desired.
Adjustable is a bunch of monkey-spank, unless you're up against the T/A guys and such, visiting vastly different tracks week to week. Which would put it in the "if you have to ask, you don't need it" category.

I'll have to re measure them it has been a while, It may be 21 MM in the rear. After lowering a car they say you should adjust the height of the bar so it sits level.
My friend has a nice set of bar's that Came with a Rancho Suspension kit ( Yes they used to make stuff for 3rd Gens ) and Herb Adams used to make a set.
So WHat is the best size Combo and does anyone make these in a After market kit? Adjustable or not?

Gm did a fantastic job with the sway bars on these cars, if yours is indeed a 36 hollow or 34 solid put a 21-24 mm rear with good bushings on front and back and call it done.
I need to get a tape type measure so I can measure it

Try an open end wrench instead
Never thought of that, Maybe a adjustable then meassure it? Would that still give the distance all the way around?
