BMR Torque Arm and TH400 Relocation Mount

So I got a BMR TA and TH400 relocation mount. Everything is installed but the TA is really close to the body. It was hitting the fuel/brake line bracket so I had to alter this to make some clearance. The real issue though, is that the TA bracket hits the body if I go any higher than the third set of holes. Why would they have 7 holes of variability if you can only use the first 3. Any ideas...?
