Are Bilstien HD's Revalvable?

Bilstien is Local to me. I know they have a revalving service. I have the HD struts and shocks. TO me they are underdampened for the pro-kit, especially in the rear. I know the rears can be re-valved but does anyone know about the fronts?

Or the question is- are the tops of the HD struts crimped?

If they are local why not ask them?

I always heard they were rebuildable, so I would think they could revalve them.

Re: Are Bilstien HD's Revalvable?

Already did that, got a tech on the phone from out of state. No number for their poway office (BIlstien USA headquarters, where all the magic happens). BOunced arround, was hoping someone else might already know the answer. Thanks for replying though, it seems as if some of the real guru's don't chime in here as much like they did years ago. Kicking myself for not just getting the konis when I had the chance, they were the same price at the time, I thought it would have a harsh ride with the konis- big misteak on my part. Konis are way superior out of the box IMHO (I have them on a 4thgen)

Yes they can be re-valved, but according to a lot of my Mercedes friends they lag, or do it wrong. I'd go with Konis...which I just did.
