Can Hotpart strut tower bearing caps be used with coil over kits?
I have Hotpart strut bearing caps (caster/camber plates) and Im going with spohn coil over kit and 300lb 12" springs. I ordered it without the caster/camber plates since I already had an aftermarket solid bearing style… but I'm not sure how the spring will rest against the underside of the bearing assembly.
Spohn said theres is flat on the underside, the Hotpart is not (looks like spohn's does not have as much adjustment as mine. This means the spring has to fit around the bearing assembly or rest against it on mine since spohn's kit has the spring rest against the underside of there caps (which they say is flat but it looks like mine from the outside).
What do you guys think?
