Moog Sway Bar Link Kit
Part No. K5252

This statement is directly from okfoz on here:

"I Think from 85-?? the front was 34, and rear 22. and ?? - 92 36 & 24 IIRC Some 1LE's got 23 rear sway bar to correct an under-steer in the Players Challenge.

WS6 cars got the 36/24 starting in 86, HOWEVER the Iroc got the "Wonderbar" and the Firebird didn't..."

I did a search for ya.

Re: Rear sway bar size and correct bushings

Nobody can tell you what's in your car.

We can make reasonably educated guesses, but I don't think that's what you want to buy parts on the basis of.

Use an open-end wrench to measure YOUR bar right next to the bushing. Buy a size that will fit TIGHT to it; i.e. always round DOWN to the next available size.

Don't futz around with stock replacement. Use Energy Suspension or Prothane. You can get em from board sponsors, Summit/Jeg's, yer local speed shop, the "performance" aisle at AZ, etc. etc.

Link kits are one thing, and aren't dependent on bar dia; bushings are a different matter.

I'd suggest you do all of the bushings and end links at the same time. You WON'T BELIEVE how much better poly ones are than the stock spooge. Make your car feel like you just took 200,000 miles off of it.

For link kits, get whatever length makes your bars sit level. Should be close to the same at both ends. (in fact the hot ticket used to be to go to the boneyard and get the factory front poly ones off of L69 cars and put them on the rear) Something around 2½" is usually what these cars need.

Thanks all for the help. I will look into a complete bushings kit based the measurement of the bar. Didnt think to just measure the bar.
