HELP!!! For those of you who have installed poly bushings on stock LCA's

On the rear LCA's which way should the thrust washers be installed I'm refering to the extra poly donuts that they come with. The drawing looks like they should be installed faceing inboard torwards the diff housing, or am I wrong should they face outboard torwards the tires.
