Yes they are the same. The bolts are also the same.
Personally I wouldn't put a junkyard Panhard bar on my car whether off a 3rd or 4th gen, or even a new OE one; but the bolts, used ones are fine.

Re: track bar 4th gen
When I pulled my panhard rod off to do the 4th gen tank install I noticed my bolts were deeply pitted along the shank, so I came across a 4th gen in the junk yard and took those bolts since they are actually tapered and I haven't found replacements online. Same bolt.

Re: track bar 4th gen
I see no menchen of a panhard bar in the manual. But I've noticed the lower track bar is refers to as such. My upper bar is the one I needed. I got both and compaired them and decided 15.00 was OK for both with bolts like new off a 4th gen. Now the gas tank and straps look like they would work.will they? The after market pan bar,how much they run. What's wrong with stock for a daily driver?

Is that what YOU want under YOUR car? Not me.
