I need some subframes like yesterday, im just not sure on what to get. I am looking at the SSM kit from Jegs (862-1316K) $469.00 and it seems like a good deal since its got lift bars, traction bars, and subframe connectors.. Anyone use this setup before? do you know of anywhere that has it for cheaper? Also Ive been looking at spohn and they have two sub frame connectors... one for $155.00 (item 103) and one for $185.00 (item 503-SLP) .. would I need the item 503-slp if I have a 3" exhaust coming out of my headers into a Y-pipe and back? What you guys recommend I do? Are the lift and traction bars worth it? or should I just get the subframe connectors for now? PLease help me out with anything you can. Who has the best prices? Please add anything you can to help me out.. thanks a bunch guys!! I will be awaiting your replys!!

 

I would buy the spohn SFCs and a set of his LCA relocation brackets. The relocation brackets are adjustable and will provide the same type of "lift" that the SSM lift bars do, but at a much better price with the ability to use stock oem type control arms or any aftermarket ones that are direct stock replacements, and the abillity to easily adjust traction and handling. last time I looked the LCA brackets were $69
