Recent Alston subframe connector install experience
Anyone out there recently install a pair of these? Curious how the fitment is these days?

I wish that I could tell you, I purchased some of the Alston connectors from Lon at TDS a couple months ago and never installed them since they do not clear my exhaust. So now they are sitting on the shelf until I get around doing the work to put them on.

I have them, and absolutely love them.
Super easy to install. Minor headache getting it to fit over the exhaust pipe. But it just cleared.
Made a huge difference.

No problem with the install. Fit right in place. I had to uncouple the cat from the exhaust and drop the pipes to slide the connector up in place. I just unbolted the flange and let the pipes hang down while they were welded.

was reviewing an old thread and it just occurred to me with the Alstons, you lose your 2 post lift point in the back. If you have a lift, what are you doing to raise your car now?
