Altered Suspension Geometry Spring Rates

Those who've lowered your panhard bar:

what spring rates and sway bars are you running?:
are you stock geometry in the front, or on extended ball joints or drop spindles?:
coilovers or stock style config?:
sbc/bbc/ls- iron or aluminum block/heads?:
auto trans or manual?:
autox/ hpde/ tt/ road race/ drift/ street, and experience, licensing or accolades?:

1050#/F now, trying to figure out a rough ballpark to start with for rears. I know 5:1 is typical for stock geometry, not sure where to begin with this. Thought this could be a useful thread for those wandering away from the general's roll center placement.

I use #900 11" front with 1/2" ext BJ and 2" Drop Spindles a bit lowered (alum rad, LS2: WJ's, alum hubs, 2 pc 13" rotors, 6pot WW FSL calipers, tubular a-arms). #250 rears with axle side dropped panhard. 36 mm front bar, 19mm rear. Koni yellow front struts and RideTech rear coilovers w/12 bolt. Hyperco fore and aft.
11" #900 Hyperco is #1 lighter than Eibach #850 9.5".

Hey TEDS, With your weight-jacks, what did you use for isolators on the front?

Re: Altered Suspension Geometry Spring Rates

It's just heater hose split open and zip tied as in the pic, a little grease added too. Works fine.
