I did a search in the archives and came up with some info on this subject. However, mostly the topics addressed rears still installed on the vehicle. Mine is currently stripped due to a restoration project. Are these brackets able to be installed with the rearend out of the vehicle? Will this cause any problems as far as aligning the holes goes? The previous posts said to align the holes and weld, if it is done out of the car will they be crooked? Maybe Steve can answer this.
