Identify this part

Can anyone tell me what this part is? On a 1989 GTA. Assume it's to vent vapor from the gas tank? I believe its original to the car. One half of the clip that holds it in broke off while trying to get a better look at it. I will be dropping the tank to replace the fuel pump soon. Wanted to identify this part and see if its replaceable?

Re: Identify this part

The clip being broke isn't a huge deal. It's a pretty crazy little setup, it can let psi out and air in if there to mich vacuum in tank. It can also get dirty and stuck. They can be cleaned up to work again more oftern than not.
