Front Control Arm Bushing Replacement

Recommendations for replacement (I've replaced the motor, tranny, and torque mounts with Energy Suspension)? Were any problems encountered afterward, noise, etc.?

I'm very happy with the Global West Del-A-Lum bushings. They're aluminum with Delrin inserts and have grease fittings on them.
A little noisier than poly, perhaps, but hard to tell on my car as I have solid steel motor and trans mounts and very short springs.
These bushings and the Herb Adams solid steel bushings (I don't think those are made anymore)
feel the best to me.The supension reacts quickly with no binding whatsoever.
Check them out at:http://www.globalwest.net/

I installed the Energy bushings last year on the front and it was a pain but worth it. No squeaks yet and the ride is much better. Set aside an afternoon to replace the bushings on the a-arms.
