I've got a big block in my '87 GTA and have just been running the stock rear shocks/springs with airbags. It's already got a Spohn adj. TQ arm and trailing arms, relocaters, etc.

The rear is kinda stiff though and I was wondering what some of you guys do for rear suspension setups? I know Lakewood makes 50/50 shocks. Are those worth anything? What about springs? I've got a set of stock '97 Z28 springs. Should I looke for a pair of V6 rear springs or does somebody make a pair just for drag?
