single piston front calipers

I have a serious problem with the stock ones on my 91 Firebird W68 V6. Anyone have any comments on them? What are my options for a bargain upgrade? I saw this one item on NextGen parts catalog. anyone use it?

A V6 WS6? I was not aware of that one...

I assume that you are referring the to the 1LE upgrade. The 12" (1LE) upgrade is far superior to the stock setup that is on there now.

If you are just looking to replace parts to make the stock system better, just get new pads, rotors, calipers and brake lines. The calipers are only $13 once you give them the core back. I bet if you got all new parts you would be much happier. Then you can save the cash for the 1LE kit (but don't buy it from NextGen, you can buy the parts seperate for a lot less)

Check the sticky thread for all the info about the 1LE or just go here: www.3rdgensolutions.com
