Racing Mustang...Broke something..

Someone pulled out in front of me while i was racing a mustang the other day, I had to get into the brakes...REAL..hard. Came to a dead stop from about 60 or so..ended up sitting slightly sideways in a cloud of smoke with the front passenger side leading. Since then i have had a thumping noise (sorry hard to accuretly describe) the noise sounds like it is comming from something that is rotating. I originaly thought that i might have warped a rotor, so i replaced both front rotors, and new pads...the noise is still there. The noise is there at all times acceleration, coasting, decelaration..and can be felt throught the steering wheel. My only thought is that i could have possibly ground one of the tires flat in one spot? Any thoughts any of you have would be greatly appreciated.
