rear LCAs and Torque arm, Front LCA bushings
what are a good pair of LCA for the steet, anyone know how good the Lakewood ones are.....$82.99 in jegs and how much does an aftermarket torque arm do? Also how much do poly front control arm bushes improve performace, i would think that mine would be worn with 130,000 miles, also do they increase noise...if so how much?

I have the Lakewoods, they work fine.
I also have the Spohn torque arm. Installing it felt like taking a giant rubber band out of somewhere in the drivetrain. I highly recommend it.
If you are serious about upgrading your suspension, the single biggest bang for the buck mod is a pair of LCA lowering brackets. These cars come with poorly designed geometry from the factory, which is what causes them to wheel-hop so bad, and lowering them makes it intolerable. THe brackets fix that. Those are also available from Spohn.
Order of priority: brackets first, LCAs second, TA third.
