Do 1LE brake spindles lower the car???

Transmission: 5 spd
Do 1LE brake spindles lower the car???
I thought I heard this in the past but could be wrong. Are the 1LE brake spindles lower (like beltech) or are they the same height and just made for the 1LE rotors? I have a chance to pick up a set. Thanks.
