Control Arm Removal

Hello, my name Is Chris Barry and I own a 1992 Camaro RS that I am currently modifying. I have a few questions on the rear suspension.

What is the proper amount of torque on the control arm bolts?
What is the best way to remove the arms?
Any tips would be helpful!

I am removing them because I am putting poly bushing and I am boxing the arms with steel.

Thanks guys

85 ft. lbs. and if your going to remove the LCA's do one at a time to prevent the diff from shifting on you, if it did it would make lining the holes back up difficult.
