3rdgen Front clip??

Does anyone know a where to get a tubular front clip?

I have seen them on some 3rd gens in Super chevy. Do you need a metal shop to have tehm custom made or is there a company that has some pre-assembled ones.

Also, Anyone know where to get a fiberglass hood, front fenders, and nose all in one?

Thanks,

Front clip? If you mean a tubular front frame assembly, they are custom made. A third gen front subframe isn't bolted on like first and second gens. It's welded to the unibody making a simple swap very difficult.

If you want a tubular front crossmember and a-arms go to www.paracing.net

I don't know of anyone who makes a complete fiberglass front end including the hood. The hood is always seperate. There are a few places that make a one piece front end. Harwood is one that I know of. There are a few others.

What you're asking for is a complete race car front end. Expect to pay big bucks for it.

fiberglass front clip

Classic Industries sells complete fiberglass front clips for 645 dollars, not including shipping. It is just one large piece with integrated supports to increase rigidity. Does not include the hood. Good luck!

Just wanted to say

Thanks for you help.

I am thinking about chopping the front of my car to lose some weight. I hope I can keep my power steering, and lower the care about 1.5 - 2 inches.

thanks again
