To much Fuel at WOT?

How do I know if I am getting to much fuel at WOT? I just got done adjusting my fuel pressure higher and the car runs great but when I floor it, it dies around 3800-4500rpm's. So bad that I can tell at the seat. Is that a result of to much fuel at WOT?
