Off-set boxed end wrench works for the really hard to get to plugs (passengers side) and I use a standard plug socket on the drivers side with a standard wrench. There are a lot of different way to get to the plugs so try them all and definatly get a boxed end wrench for the tuff passenger side plugs.
Well i can get to all the plugs fine and screw them in thats not the problem! The problem is is that when i go to the store and buy spark plugs for a 88 350 iroc and try to put them in, they are WAY TO LONG on most of the cylinders and i cant even get them started in the hole......... I need to know what plugs you are using??? U didnt have to loosen the headers up to install plugs?

Nope, I'm using standard plugs all around but it might be easier since I've got vortec heads. My plugs aren't in the standard position, they're moved closer to the exhaust valve and in some cases this makes starting the plug a lot easier.
Call up SLP and ask their teck guys, they have a prat number for shorter style plugs.
