Please help me.
Got smoked by a Stang..
I need a list of mods to be done to a stock mint condition 90 RS. Please list mods and estimated HP/ET improvement.
My friend got her a$$ handed to her by a 94-95 mustang GT and I am trying to help and am not all that familiar with the TBI used on these cars, but do have extensive mechanic/drag racing experience.

I guess I forgot to mention that this is a TOUGH stang. A 5spd car, loud, lopes like a big dog, not sure but I think it has gears, and lord knows what else.
I have heard the guy is lookin into aftermarket heads and intake, so the current one's must be stock. But this is one of those cars that probably hauled when it WAS stock. I have heard that it went mid 9's in the 1/8 when he first got it before he did anything to it, and since then i has chopped a second off those times. I was just wondering if there was anything we could do to make the RS at least not look like it was tied to a post. Didn't really expect to beat this car, just wanted to look a little better losing. The guy is pretty cool though, so losing with dignity won't be a problem. And do this with stock heads, cam, and no N2O.

on top of the gears and exhaust, if u really want to add some power to the 305, get an LT1 cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, and some World S/R torquer heads, then with a higher stall torque converter you should be able to do more than just keep up with him.

Check out the link in my signature, it's a database for what people have done to their RS's and what the results are.
