3.4L and TBI setup

putting a 3.4L camaro engine in my s10 truck that came with a 2.8L

seems like alot of guys are using the 3.4L (93-95 camaro) and using the 2.8L intake and TBI. they had them running to lean on the highway and it was b/c 2.8L injectors to not pump enough volume for the 3.4L so they started putting 4.3L injectors in the 2.8L throttle body.

I have an extra TBI to play with and was wondering if I should bore it out to some diameter inbetween the diameter of the 2.8L TBI and the larger 4.3L/V8 TBI

would this be worth my time? allowing the larger injectors more space to spray the mix into the intake? I didn't think that the 3.4L ever came with a TBI setup so I am not sure how much larger to bore it out?

I did this swap in my S10 blazer $2k crate engine IMO not worth it but it did spin the tires in 1st gear after the swap.
The TBI unit you will need comes from either an S10 4.3 yes they had them in TBI or a caprice 4.3 also TBI. I suggest using the ultimate TBI mods on the throttle body but dont bother to port it. Get into burning your own chips or get a jet stage 2 chip. Also I dident try this because I sold the blazer but a 4.3 fuel pump I'm told it has 5 more PSI and I did have a slight lean problem and this could have fixed it. These steps will prevent you from running lean.
