Questions with install.

K, I have my heads all ready and start to yank off the old junk.

I have a set of headmen headers with Y-pipe I'm going to use for now. Since there is no AIR lines for them, So I do away with all my emissions junk under the hood? What do I do about the smog pump?

My new cam isn't a roller, Do I still need to use that valley piece that goes over all the lifters?

The heads I'm using are 350 center bolt heads. I bought a set of 1.6 roller rockers from a friend. I forget if they are self alining or not. Either way he said they were the ones that NEED to be used with guide plates. Needless to say I don't have guide plates or intend to buy and install them, will they be fine?

How is my stock computer going to do for now will all the mods listed below? Will it run ok intil I get the stuff to make my own chips?

They are Non-self-aligning.

The heads I'm using are from a 96 350 with centerbolts. THey aren't LT1's, just standard centerbolts.
