if you are just swapping on stock TPI heads teh gains will be small because teh stock LO3 cam can't even take full advantage of teh swirl port heads it comes with stock. i woudl say you will feel a small seat of the pants gain and prolly see 1 to 1.5 more mph in your trap speed at teh track.
if you really wanna get a big gain, swap in a better cam while you are at it. LT1 cam or L98 cam with 1.6 rockers will make a much larger impact than the head swap will.

Definitely agree with Tim (lol, who wouldnt? ). Id look at the Hooker 2055 headers over the Headmans and get the LT1 cam if you're on a budget like the rest of us. Add an Edelbrock TBI intake manifold and you'll be movin pretty good with those gears.
