idle problems

Have a problem with buddies jeep with 350 tbi not wanting to start. Found out jeep was out of fuel due to gauge being off, also had bad ingition switch. After new switch and gas the jeep doesn't want to idle. Any suggestions on where to start looking?

The tank and fuel system on this jeep is brand new but I will check the filter and the pump sometime today or nite when I get a chance to work on it. I was also wondering if a vaccum leak could cause the same problem on the tbi?

jeep acted up again guess it wasn't completly the fuel filter. Would not start and run after checking out all wiring from comp to sensors and relays wiring was ok computer check out ok. Remove map sensor from system and it fired right up,put different map sensor in fired right up. Has anyone here had this problem happen to them?
