the tbi'ed carb
the tbi'ed carb
I really like the idea of putting the two tbi injectors on the carb primary's, how could it be done, easiest way. I mean u got to find place for sensors and need to keep stuff for the carb, anyone man enough to do it or have idea's.

I've thought about it myself and it seemed like kind of an interesting idea. Simple in concept but difficult in practice though. I'd say that the #1 prerequesite would be that you'd have to have access to a machine shop, cause it isn't the sort of project you'd want to mickey mouse.
As far as I'm concerned this is something that belongs on the list entitled, "someone elses project"

well I had the idea of installing a high output fuel pump and set the return fuel line from the tbi to feed the carb fuel bowls of the secondarys. tps sensor shouldn't be too hard to attach to the throtle somehow, map sensor is a bit tricking, thinking about pluming it into the manifold.
I think the company is called BG fuel systems, they make what is called venturi fuel injection, like what your thinking cept they have 4 ingectors, come in from the side of the tb with jets pointing down to the venturi, they actually use a 4barrel carb main body, with injectors where the bowls were. What your doing could work, I see problems arising when the secondaries open and lots more fuel is dumped in in a way that isn't controlled as compared to your injectors, your computer would be quite confused I bet. It would be nice if you could get 2 stage or real high capacity injectors that could keep up the fuel as soon as the secondaries open, with all the carb fuel system gone, just use the carb as the tb. spose that could be done? most 4 barrels would flow a damn lot with all the fuel stuff taken off I bet.
