If you're buying the NOS brand TBI kit part# 5153, then everything should be included to install it. You can still use the original electric fuel pump if it's in excellent condition but, it's always a good safety measure to replace it in case it fails when you hit the nitrous.
Fuel Pressure Safety Switch is always a good idea
Everything is included, although the accessories you can buy will help out ALOT gauges, purge, bottle heater......etc.....
Basically, make sure everything is in good condition and the car is running fine...
You throw nitrous on a engine that isn't running properly and it's gonna cause problems.....

A fuel pressure safety switch will stop the flow of nitrous to the engine if the pressure drops....
when the pressure drops it creates a lean condition in the engine......
Note: Lean conditions with nitrous is bad....
If your fuel pump is in good shape and fairly new, then it shouldn't be a problem........Just use a pressure gauge to make sure it all ok

No, you don't need an aftermarket fuel pump. The stock electric fuel pump will work fine with nitrous as long as it's in great condition. If the stock fuel pump has a lot of miles on it (over 100,000 or so) I would change it to be on the safe side.

The current draw of the 190 vs 255 ; 4 vs 6.5 , that's a 33watt difference in power just being wasted
so the 190 is better for 99.99% of the TBI applications. Personally I got the 255lph for only $60 new in box with kit so I just did it for the cost. If you think you'll be going to a high pressure EFI system then go with the 255. Another aspect to look at is the price difference, although little, it's still a reason not to get too crazy. Also the body's of the 190 is the same as the 255 and same as the stock POS pump, assuming the 190 is build with the same quality/torlerances as the 255 then the 190 would probably last longer. How's that for a run down. Thread
