Engine: 305 Carb LG4
Transmission: 5 speed
Swapping in a TBI (83Z/28 5-speed)
I have a 90 Caprice with a 305TBI/700R4 combo that I have been driving for a while. The engine is REAL tired, and the body is shot. I was thinking of pulling the TBI off and dropping it into my 83 Z/28 5 speed...I really like the way the TBI runs, and the power over the carb'd up 83...even with the 5 speed...
Comments...Troubles...I just bought a set of 601 heads. I know I will need buy another manifold.
